NFC paystation trending in 2013

NFC stands for Near F Field Communication and in short explaination it means that smart devices are able to communicate with each other when there are in close proximity. In 2013 this will especially become a big hit because many retailers will be offered the chance to install NFC paystation's, which basically allows customers to pay with their smart-phone. In many cases this will gradually replace actual payment counters. Nearly all new smart-phone releases from the end of 2012 onwards will be equipped with NFC-chips.

Last Call: HTML+RDFa 1.1

From: W3C, World Wide Web Consortium The RDFa Working Group has published a Last Call Working Draft of HTML+RDFa 1.1. This specification defines rules and guidelines for adapting the RDFa Core 1.1 and RDFa Lite 1.1 specifications for use in HTML5 and XHTML5. The rules defined in this specification not only apply to HTML5 documents in non-XML and XML mode, but also to HTML4 and XHTML documents interpreted through the HTML5 parsing rules.
