And as it seems it’s not a temporary hype, the electric car is here to stay for a long time. No more dependence on gas. No more choking the atmosphere with fumes. But the technology isn't futuristic at all my dearest friends...it's positively even retro. Cars powered by electricity have been on the scene since the later 1800 's and actually predate gas-powered cars!
